Skyhills Residences is a new development by HRE Development and OCTA Properties in Dubai Science Park, consisting of two 40 and 47 storeys towers. The architects of the project are specialists from QHC Architects & Engineers, and construction of the project is planned to be completed in Q4 2026.

The complex offers fully furnished studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom duplexes, with living areas of properties measuring from 427 sq. ft to 1,335 sq. ft. The layouts also offer a balcony and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and buyers can choose from different types with an additional study, laundry or storage room.
