Nobu Residences Al Marjan Island is part of a luxury resort complex in the beautiful emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The project is being implemented by H&H Development in collaboration with the renowned hospitality brand Nobu Hotels.

The premium waterfront development will include a first class hotel, a branded restaurant and around 300 exclusive residences that are perfect for permanent living or as a vacation home. Properties within the first phase, announced in Q4 2023, feature 2-3 bedroom apartments with spacious layouts ranging from 1,500 sq. ft to 2,500 sq. ft. Each residence will include a living room and open-plan kitchen, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a terrace to enjoy the magnificent views of the beach and the Arabian Gulf.

Residents will be treated to a number of excellent amenities and leisure activities, including a private pool, a gym, and a kids’ club. Future owners will also have exclusive access to Nobu Hotel's facilities and services, which include a spa, a wellness centre, a ‘Nobu by the Beach’ beach club, and several dining destinations, such as the Nobu Signature Restaurant.
